Text messages
Firstline Automation LLC. Last updated September 25, 2026.
Firstline Automation LLC texts only people who call or text our demo line first. This page shows where the number is published, what you receive, how often, and how to stop.
Our numbers
- (501) 408-2608 — Firstline’s business line, for calls and voicemail. We don’t send texts from it.
- (501) 512-2942 — our demo line. Published on this site and on our business cards, so a business owner can call from their own phone and see the kind of text their customers would get.
How you get the number, and how you opt in
You opt in by calling our demo line yourself. We never text a number from a list or a web form. The number is published in two places:
- On this site, as a call prompt such as “Call (501) 512-2942 and let it miss. You’ll get the text.” Beside each, a notice such as: “If we miss your call, Firstline Automation sends one text so you can reply. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” with links to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and this page.
- On our business card, which lists the number:
Wherever you found the number, the first text itself says who it’s from and how to stop: it starts with “Firstline demo:” and ends with “Reply STOP to opt out.” Nothing more is sent unless you reply.
What happens when you call
- No one picks up. A short greeting tells you a text is on the way, and the call ends.
- Within seconds you get one text from (501) 512-2942. It names Firstline and tells you how to opt out.
- If you reply, the demo answers: it asks what you need, then shows where a shop would take over. If you don’t reply, we don’t text again.
If you text the demo line first, we reply to your message only.
The texts
- After a missed callFirstline demo: Sorry we missed your call. Reply here and we can get you on the book. Reply STOP to opt out.
- If you replyFirstline demo: What do you need help with?
- Once you tell us what you needFirstline demo: Got it, thanks. That's the demo. On a real shop's line, this is where the shop calls the customer back. Reply STOP to opt out.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies: one text per missed call, then replies only when you write back. We never send marketing or promotional texts. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP at any time (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT also work, as does a clear message like “stop texting me”). You get one confirmation and no more texts from us. Reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us: (501) 408-2608 · hello@firstlineautomation.net.
