These terms cover the website, the 14-day trial, Firstline Desk, and Software.

The service

We set up missed-call text-back and SMS booking. We do not do your trade. You keep your public number. Answered calls stay with you. Missed, busy, and no-answer calls can forward to a number we provide for that shop.

Setup can be same day. Texts to your customers start after carrier approval, not the day you say yes.

Offers

• Firstline Desk: $497 a month, no setup fee. We handle inbound texts, booking, and follow-ups. You get the jobs.
• Software: $500 setup + $100 a month. Your shop runs the inbox.

A 14-day trial can apply to either, at no charge to you. Desk is the usual start. No card. For the trial, we cover the carrier registration for your line. The 14 days start when a missed call to your line actually gets the text. If you keep it, you pay the offer you chose from then on, and Software’s $500 setup is due only if you keep Software. If not, we take it off. No cancel fee.

We do not collect payment on this site. Invoices are sent separately.

SMS program

Program: Firstline Automation LLC missed-call text-back and SMS booking. People who call your business may get a text after a miss.

Firstline’s demo line: if you call (501) 512-2942 and we miss the call, you get one text from Firstline Automation. We text again only when you reply. Our business line, (501) 408-2608, is for calls and voicemail; we don’t send texts from it. See Text messages.

Message frequency varies with missed calls and replies. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
